Single & Multi-line Fax Servers

| Years ago, one of our early FastPak Mail
customers had us write some templates to export a list of fax numbers to
be imported to a Fax card in a single computer. That soon grew to four
computers, and they still needed more capacity. |
| Fax servers
were really expensive, so we built them a fax system with 24 modems on a Unix
box connected to a T1 for about the same price as most of the 4 line fax servers
on the market. We recently upgraded that system to high-speed multi-port
fax boards with a full front end and reporting system that literally blows faxes
out faster than ever. |
Single Line Fax Servers

Along the same lines, we developed single line fax server capabilities
for our Estimating customers to directly fax estimates without tying up the
workstations or having to install modems and phone lines for each computer. |
Mail Merge for Fax
|
| We also developed a Fax Merge program to provide high speed graphic mail
merge for fax applications. This process creates a personalized tiff file ready to fax. |
Faxes are Us
|
| As a result of all this, we pretty much know how to make faxes fly,
with the
technology to send or receive faxes in single or multiple line systems. |
Hardware Options

| For single-line fax servers - All that is
required is any old pc connected to the network, with either an internal
or external modem and a standard phone line, that is, a non-phone system
line. Faxes can be sent from any workstation on the network. Documents can also be
Faxed from any Windows program with our DHAFax Printer driver. |
| Multi-Line servers - We use Brooktrout
Fax boards. Requires a pc running Windows NT or Windows 2000. The current
front end is specialized for broadcast fax, but can be easily
modified. Faxes can be sent from any workstation. Fax status can be
monitored from any workstation. Call for more information and pricing. |
