Can I customize this

Unless you're a computer programmer, you're
probably asking yourself: Is this something I can do? |

The short answer is anyone can do it. |
|
The longer answer is that you do need to develop some skills, and you
need to apply some logic, but neither of those are complicated. Both
just involve a little time and effort. |
|
You may not want to take the time to develop these skills yourself, but
you can always hire them, or perhaps you have someone in your
organization who can already do it or can learn to do it. |
|
You may not have any immediate need to customize. As a charter customer,
we will do any customizing you want (within reason). |
|
We build in enough flexibility to handle all the needs we've encountered
in the last 20 years, so it's quite possible you will never need
to make any changes. |
|
Even after the Charter Customer deal is over, you may also be able to
persuade us to make the changes for you, either because it would be such
a neat feature that everyone would want it, or because you greased our
palms with portraits of dead presidents. |
|
And you don't have to worry about what happens to us. Having source code is like insurance. You may never need it,
but if you do, it's there. |
